Pennaf Housing Group receives TOP AWARDS

The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies To Work For - 2011

For the second year running Pennaf have been listed by The Sunday Times as on of the 100 best medium-sized companies to work for in the UK.   There’s only one other Welsh firm in the list so we’re really flying the flag, and leading the way in providing a great place to work.

We’re also one of just three Welsh Social Housing providers to have been awarded “Outstanding - Two Star” rating under the Best Companies Index Accreditation Scheme run by the Sunday Times.

HR Director Gill Murgatroyd commented that “This year’s award reflects the fantastic contribution that all our staff have made towards making this a great place to work”

Investors in People -  Gold Award

We are the first Housing Association in North Wales and just one of two Registered Social Housing Landlords across the whole of Wales to achieve Investors in People (IiP) Gold Status.   Gold is the highest level of recognition awarded to organisations which demonstrate a commitment to the learning and development of their staff and achieve best practice in people management.

IiP Assessors concluded their report stating “A Gold Award represents achievement of world class best practice and shows the Pennaf Group are a truly cutting-edge organisation operating at the highest levels of people management.”

Group Chief Executive Graham Worthington stated "the outcome was a magnificent achievement by staff working at all levels throughout the Group.  It’s a fantastic result and we are very proud of the commitment and contribution made by each member of staff.”
