Welcome To Pennaf Ltd

The Pennaf Housing Group formally came into existence in May 2003, with the establishment of a Group Structure by Clwyd Alyn Housing Association and Tŷ Glas Housing Society. Members promoted the establishment of Pennaf Ltd as the parent company of the new Group Structure, and both Clwyd Alyn and Tŷ Glas agreed to become charitable subsidiaries of the new company.  Subsequently two further subsidiaries have been added to the Group, Offa from April 2008 and Tir Tai from April 2009.
