We have over 600 employees who contribute to our success. We place a huge importance on our employees and recognise them as our greatest asset. We are Investors in People accredited and offer various benefits to our employees.

“Although at times my position is challenging, there are also many positive experiences that come with the job,” says Derrick, who works with residents in a hostel, supporting them with various issues. “My main qualification is my life skills and experiences, which apply to most aspects of my role!” he says. The most positive aspects of his job? “Making a difference to other people’s lives and working with a supportive team.” says Derrick".

“Being responsible for the Group’s Learning & Development plan, there is always lots to do. My work is varied from coordinating an array of training courses, progressing e-learning to managing our sponsored further education scheme and specific management development programmes. We are proud of retaining our Investors in People Gold status - a real acknowledgement of the Group’s commitment to investing in staff’s development. Overall this is a great place to work, with great teams and staff who really do care and want to make a difference to other people’s lives”.

Health & Wellbeing Benefits

We offer a free and confidential, bi-lingual telephone & one-to-one counselling service for all employees. We also offer free eye tests every two years to all our employees. We also contribute towards the cost of your glasses if you need them for the use of Visual Display Units (VDU).
Health Checks

We offer free, regular Health Checks to all of our employees.
Disclosure & Barring List Checks (DBS)

For some roles, you may require a DBS check which we will cover the cost of including any future re-checks.
